Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Premium Balsamic Vinegar
A complex, rich balance of sweet and sour flavors with hints of fresh fig, this meets the criteria for a “true” balsamic. Produced in Modena, Italy, it is crafted in the “tradizionale” method from the juice of the Trebbiano grape. Slowly simmered in copper pots until it is reduced to 40%. The resulting “must” is then aged for 12 years in a succession of small mixed wood barrels. NOTES: Drizzle over bruschetta or a simple salad of ripe tomatoes. Use it in marinades for lamb or beef, spice up tomato sauce, sprinkle on grilled or roasted vegetables.
